Understand of domain controller, file sharing, network security, user & file security, and Computer Network (Local Area Network (LAN),Wide Area Network (WAN)),
Able to operate Windows XP,Windows 7, Ms. Office 2007, Microsoft Windows Server

Understand of SAP (Operation dan Problem Solving) is preferable,
